One Year

One year ago today... well, yesterday now that it's so late, my younger sister (A.K.A. Beloved Aunt Amy to my cyberfriends of 8 years), was diagnosed with ALS. I didn't really know what Lou Gehrig's disease was, but I vividly remember looking it up online and being startled to learn that Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis begins with 'A.M.Y.'.

Please keep her in your thoughts, prayers, good karma fumes, or whatever positive forces you have at your disposal because I love her very much and there's like a kajillion people who feel the same way.

I can't believe it's been a year! I will continue to pray for her and her family.

I'm sure it's been a much longer year for Amy than most of the rest of us.

Yes, will definitely continue to keep her, and all of you, in my thoughts. I know how all too easy it dould be for any one of us to receive such a diagnosis.

Ick, excuse my typos.

"could", not "dould"
