December

It seems unreal that December is here already - didn't we just have back-to-school? I suspect the biggest difference this year is that middle child of ours. She is pretty much maxed out on activities: student council, scholar bowl, cheer, robotics... Usually, once October hits, soccer and golf have ended and we settle into fall. This year things never really slowed down, so between all of E2’s shenanigans, and E1's marching/pep band and scholar bowl (and social life), and E3's gym and Girl Scouts, we're a bit busy. All grades are being maintained though, because they're tough girls.

We had a busy Thanksgiving weekend, and I think we were all feeling it this morning. E2 actually asked if we could "do nothing" next weekend. That's right, the busiest kid. She claims to have big plans of sleeping for the whole Christmas break - I'll keep you posted on how that works out for her.
